How much does it cost to be a member?
$260 / year
How much are the dues for our neighbors at Spring Valley Club and Spring Lake Hills?
The dues at Spring Lake Hills is very reasonable I'm told "only $600 a year".
Are dues mandatory?
Spring Valley was built in many separate phases. Whether or not your dues are mandatory is dependent on which phase your home was built.
What do I get for my money?
Your membership dollars make it possible to put the community in the Spring Valley Farms Community Association. Your dues are primarily used to pay for:

Why are the dues so low compared to our neighbors?
The dues are low because of the volunteers that donate their time and talent to the community. Volunteers contribute by donating their time to do painting to legal work to web sites to event planning. We would have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars more without the efforts of the people who volunteer to keep the community vibrant.
We are fortunate in that we have many people in our community who have these skills, and who are dedicated to their community. If you are one of them thank you. If you haven't been in the past, please join us.
