Welcome to a great community. Spring Valley is a neighborhood wrapped around Spring Lake in Altamonte Springs. Just off Wymore Road, this community is close to all the amenities we treasure, yet somehow, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The aspect of our community that really sets us apart is our sense of community. The people of Spring Valley are constantly out and about interacting with each other. If you want to live in a place where you actually get to know your neighbors, seek no farther.
